CH系列瞬态浪涌抑制器是无引线芯片式小型金属氧化物压敏电阻(MOV)。 可用于保护包括低压直流到脱机电路板在内的各种设备。 此类器件的小尺寸特征优于传统的径向引线式压敏电阻,有助于设计人员减小设备的设计尺寸和重量,并增加了可靠性。
  • Ch系列压敏电阻的电压范围为14伏至275伏V M(交流)RMS,最大能量额定值为23J。

功能与特色:
  • 无铅
  • 无引线、表面贴装芯片式,尺寸5 x 8mm
  • 额定电压VM(AC)RMS 14V至275V
  • 可提供卷带包装或散装
  • 在不超过125ºC的环境温度下额定值不会下降
