LS12052BD33系列集成负载开关为系统供电提供简单的电路保护。该器件使用很少的外部元件，提供多种保护模式。通过外部NFET，它们具有对过载、短路、输入电压浪涌、过大突入电流和反向电流阻断的强大防御。开关的低RDS(ON)有助于减少正常工作时的功率损耗。可通过外部电阻器设置电流限制水平。通过内部箝位电路防止输入过压事件，确保安全输出电压。可编程软启动控制输出电压的压摆率，以限制插入期间的突入电流。它集成了热折返功能和过热停机保护。BFET引脚用于驱动外部NFET，它可以与LS12052BD33输出“背靠背”连接。外部NFET栅极由BFET驱动，以防止电流从负载流向源极。LS12052BD33采用小型DFN 3mm x 3mm-10封装。
