SE-134C/SE-135是一款基于微处理器的、既有地线监控器功能，又有接地故障继电器功能的组合装置，适用于电阻接地或直接接地系统。该装置可持续监控接地导体的完整性，保护便携式设备免受因接地故障而引起的危险电压。在监测拉铲挖掘机、采掘电铲、岸到船电缆、码头用起重机、堆垛运输机、潜水泵、移动式输送机等大型移动设备上的拖拽电缆方面，SE-134C/SE-135经过实地应用验证。
