SP723采用SCR/二极管两极结构阵列,用于敏感输入电路的ESD和过压保护。 SP723每个输入端都有2个保护SCR/二极管的器件结构。 共有6个有效输入端,可保护高达6条外部信号或总线。 过压保护范围:从IN(引脚1-3和引脚5-7)到V+或V-。

SCR结构设计用于+VBE二极管阈值超过V+(引脚8)或-VBE二极管阈值低于V-(引脚4)时需要快速跳闸的场合。 如果瞬态脉冲使输入电压升至V+以上的一个VBE,从输入端IN至V+的箝位电压就会被激活。 如果低于V-的VBE负脉冲施加至IN输入端时,对V-的类似箝位就会被激活,
