TMOV和iTMOV压敏电阻系列
 
TMOV和iTMOV热保护压敏电阻系列代表着集成电路保护的新发展。 这两种形式都由多个径向引线金属氧化压敏电阻组成,包含一个专用于因异常过电压、限制电流和UL 1449概述的各种条件造成的过热而导致断开的集成式热激活元件。
 
iTMOV压敏电阻不同于TMOV压敏电阻,因其引进了第三方引线,其目的在于指示MOV已从电路断开。 本引线为与监控电路的连接提供了便利。
  • 由于集成式热元件离MOV管体很近,因此TMOV和iTOMV可以提供快速热响应。
  • 与大多数离散式解决方案相比,集成配置的电感更低,因此改进了快速过压瞬变的箝位性能。
此外,TMOV和iTMOV压敏电阻属波焊型,可减少与手工焊接作业相关的费用和重复劳动,从而简化最终产品的组装。
