LS0504EDD12是具有受控压摆率的紧凑型低RON负载开关。该器件的输入电压范围为1.8V至5.5V，最大连续电流为4A。

受控输出压摆率大大降低了对大容量负载电容充电时的启动突入电流，从而最大限度地降低了输入供电电压降。LS0504E带有内置的过流、过压和过热保护。它提供准确的使能阈值，允许用户通过外部电阻分压器网络设置输入欠压锁定（UVLO）阈值。内置8Ω电阻，可在禁用时快速输出放电。
