LS24062RQ23是一款额定值为28V 6A的高级双向负载开关，提供过载、短路、输入电压浪涌、过大突入电流和过温保护，为系统供电。内置的24mΩ超低RDS（ON）电源开关有助于减少正常运行时的功率损耗。该器件具有两个输入/输出端口，VBUS1和VBUS2，其额定值为30V绝对最大值。每个端口都有独立的使能、外部限流设置和放电控制引脚。当器件被禁用时，集成的两个N通道电源开关M1和M2串联配置可以阻止VBUS1和VBUS2两个端口之间的任何泄漏。LS24062RQ23采用小尺寸16引线QFN 2.5mm x 3.2mm封装。
